Registration:
To register, please send your Curriculum Vitae together with the
completed registration forms, proof of your Hepatitis
"B" status (showing your titre level and date of birth)
and all other documents required on the application form, i.e.
copy of passport data information page, National Insurance number
etc.,
Curriculum Vitae: UK-Locums Ltd., enters all
C.V.'s onto our database. Certain hospitals require a standard
format C.V. that will be produced from our system. If there are
any gaps in your C.V. such as prolonged periods between qualifying
and GMC registration, you should also include details of what you
did during that time. If you started a job and discontinued it
after a short time, you must include it in your C.V.: Hospitals
assume that your C.V. is incomplete unless this information is
clear.
References: Consultants will often retain
references on file for you when they have been requested. We will
request new references every six to twelve months to ensure that
we hold a copy from your most recent substantive post on file.
These references will be used specifically to assist with placing
you in a suitable position and will be retained on file.
